New about Nancay Radioheliograph
We wish you a happy year 2021, and are pleased to announce that the upgrade of the Nancay Radioheliograph (NRH), which caused an interruption of observations since January 2015, has been completed. We started solar observations again in November 2020. For now the NRH operates in manual mode during working hours, with the aim to validate the system and the software. Observations that we consider exploitable are visible on the present web site and can be accessed through the Radio Solar Database. Please be aware that these observations are conducted with a restricted set of antennas and have not been fully validated. We hope to have a fully operational instrument in March, observing the Sun 7-8 hours per day every day as it used to do before 2015.
New radio solar database
The process to request Nancay data (NRH and ORFEES) has been changed. After clicking on Get Nancay Data button you will be redirected on the Solar Radio Data Base @ Nancay webpage. This data base provides more flexibility and efficiency for data request.
